3D rendering for Nigeria with a finished project in Abuja

The Chambéry is a project in Dutse-Alhaji, Abuja. We worked on its interior visuals. Each finished render was re-lit with AI for day, golden hour and night, with nothing in the room changing between the three. From those we made a day-to-night film and a scroll-through walk of the interiors.

New housing in Lagos is concentrated on the Lekki corridor, in Ikoyi and on Victoria Island. In Abuja it is in districts such as Maitama, Asokoro, Guzape, Katampe and Gwarinpa, and in growing areas on the edge of the city. The common types are terraces and duplexes in gated estates, and blocks of apartments. Many are sold off-plan, which means before or during construction.

A buyer who pays before completion wants to see exactly what they will receive. That means honest interior views with the real finishes, an estate view that shows the roads, the gatehouse and the green areas, and where possible the same view by day and at night. Many buyers are Nigerians living in the United Kingdom, the United States or Canada, who cannot inspect the site and rely on what they are sent.

Much property marketing in Nigeria happens on phones. A developer's sales team and its agents share images and short films on WhatsApp and Instagram, and buyers forward them to family before deciding.

This affects what we deliver. Stills have to read clearly on a small screen. Films need a version that is short and light enough to send over mobile data, as well as the full version for the sales office. Tell us the channels at the brief and the sizes are written into the quote.

Nigeria is four and a half hours behind India. Morning in Lagos and Abuja is afternoon in Mumbai, so calls are held in your morning. Comments you send in your afternoon reach us after our working day has ended, and we start on them the next morning, before your office opens.

All communication is in English, and the currency is stated in the quote.

We do not publish a rate card, because projects differ. Stills are quoted per view. A film is quoted per project with its length stated. The price depends on how many spaces are modelled, how detailed the finishes and furniture are, how many views you need and the number of revision rounds. Day, golden hour and night versions of an approved view are listed separately in the quote.
