Thane has grown along Ghodbunder Road and around Majiwada, Kolshet and Pokhran Road, with large residential projects of several towers around a shared podium and clubhouse. Navi Mumbai is a planned city of nodes, among them Vashi, Nerul, Belapur, Kharghar, Ulwe and Panvel, with newer projects near the airport and the sea link from Sewri. Airoli and the Thane-Belapur belt add office buildings.

Plots here are larger than in the island city, so developers sell space, open areas and amenities. The renders have to make that case with the aerial view and the amenity views as much as with the flat interiors.

Many projects here are sold on what lies beyond the plot. In Thane that is the Yeoor hills and the city's lakes. In Navi Mumbai it is the Kharghar and Parsik hills and Thane Creek. An aerial render that stops at the compound wall leaves this out.

A township launches a few towers at a time over several years. The first launch needs the master plan view, the first towers, the clubhouse and the flat types on sale. Stills are quoted per view and a walkthrough film per project, with its length stated. For a township, the largest part of the work is the master model: the towers, the podium, the landscape and the surroundings. Once it exists, each extra view costs less than the first.

Everything else runs on video calls and shared review links, where each draft is opened in a browser and comments are marked on the image. We do not place staff at your site office.
