A 360° banquet hall tour shown in every theme and seating layout

Start a project

For banquet venues and hotels. A client opens a link, clicks through the hall and switches between the themes and seating layouts you offer.

Service

A banquet hall virtual tour is a set of 360° views of your hall that opens in a web browser. The client clicks to move between spots and drags to look around. We can show each theme and seating layout you sell.

It is simpler than an interactive banquet hall, where the client moves furniture freely. In a tour, the set-ups are fixed in advance and the client chooses between them. It suits a venue that sells a set list of themes and wants every enquiry, including clients in other cities, to see them on a phone. The studio is in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

What you get

  • 01

    Opens from a link

No app and no headset. It works on a phone, a tablet and a computer, and embeds in your website.

  • 02

    Each theme and layout

A theme or a seating layout is a separate set of views. The client switches between them from a menu.

  • 03

    Rendered or photographed

We render the hall from its plan, or photograph it with a 360° camera in a real set-up.

  • 04

    Guest count stays flexible

One layout can be shown for different guest counts by labelling the views, without a new tour each time.

  • 05

Look from where the guests sit

Viewpoints at the entrance, at a table, on the stage and at the buffet show what each guest will see.

Work like this

Interiors rendered by the studio. A banquet hall is rendered and lit the same way for a tour.

Rendered or photographed

A photographed tour is shot with a 360° camera in the real hall. It is the most honest record of a set-up you have already done, but each theme has to be set up physically for the shoot.

A rendered tour is made from a 3D model of the hall. Each theme is built in 3D, so you can show a theme you have never set up, or a renovation before it is finished. Once the hall is modelled, each extra theme is a new set of renders, with no event needed. Many venues start with photographs of their two most popular set-ups and add rendered themes later.

How the tour is organised

A tour has viewpoints, the spots the client can stand on, and set-ups, the versions of the hall. A typical banquet tour has:

  • Viewpoints at the entrance, centre, stage, a guest table and the buffet
  • A menu to switch between themes, such as floral, royal or a children's theme
  • A menu for seating: round tables, long tables, theatre or cocktail
  • A floor plan with the viewpoints marked, to jump between them
  • Your logo and an enquiry button that opens WhatsApp or your form

When an interactive build is better

A tour shows set-ups you have fixed in advance. If clients want to move the stage, change the linen colour or try their own layout, they need an interactive 3D banquet hall, which is built in Unreal Engine. It takes more work to build, and gives your team full control in the meeting.

Our guide what counts as immersive explains the difference between standing at fixed spots and moving freely.

What decides the price

A tour is quoted per viewpoint and per set-up. A rendered tour has a one-time cost to model the hall, then a cost per render: one viewpoint in one theme is one render. A change in seating that keeps the same décor is usually included. A new theme needs new renders. A photographed tour is quoted per viewpoint and per shoot. The web build that holds the tour is a fixed part of the quote.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Brief

You send the floor plan, photographs and the list of themes and layouts to show.

  2. 02

    Viewpoints

We agree the spots in the hall where the client will stand.

  3. 03

    Model or shoot

We build the hall in 3D, or photograph it in each set-up with a 360° camera.

  4. 04

    Themes and layouts

Each set-up is rendered or captured at every viewpoint, and you review.

  5. 05

    Web build

The tour is assembled with its menus and floor plan, and we send the link and embed code.

Questions

How much does a banquet hall virtual tour cost?

It is quoted per viewpoint and per set-up, plus a fixed web build. A rendered tour also has a one-time cost to model the hall. Send the floor plan and the list of themes for a quote.

Can the tour show different themes in the same hall?

Yes. Each theme is a separate set of views. The client switches between them from a menu in the tour.

Does a different seating capacity need new renders?

Usually not, if the décor stays the same. A new theme does need new renders, because the décor changes in every view.

Can we show a theme we have never set up?

Yes, with a rendered tour. The theme is built in 3D from your references, so it can be shown before you have done it for a real event.

Can the tour go on our website and Google listing?

It embeds in your website, and we send a link you can share on WhatsApp, Instagram and in emails.

Can clients move the furniture in a 360° tour?

No. A tour shows fixed set-ups. To move furniture and change colours on screen, the hall needs an interactive 3D build.
