3D for event planners, banquet halls and hotel ballrooms

Start a project

For wedding and event planners, banquet owners and hotel event teams. What we make so a client can see their event in the venue before booking or paying for décor.

Who it is for

An event is sold before it exists. We make the venue and the décor visible in 3D, so the client sees their own event in the real hall before they book the venue or approve the décor.

This page is for three kinds of buyer: wedding and event planners, banquet halls and wedding venues, and hotel sales and events teams. Each needs something slightly different, set out below. All three start from the same thing: a 3D model of the venue built to its real size. The studio is in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, and works with venues and planners across India and abroad over video calls and shared links.

Where it helps

  • 01

    Interactive banquet hall

The hall in 3D, where your team switches themes, moves furniture and changes colours with the client watching.

  • 02

    Wedding décor in 3D

The stage, mandap, tables and flowers for each function, shown in the actual venue for approval.

  • 03

    360° venue tour

A click-through tour of the hall in each theme and layout, which any enquiry can open on a phone.

  • 04

    Stills and films

Renders and a short walkthrough film of a set-up, for Instagram, the website and the client's family.

  • 05

    A décor library

Every stage, table setting and prop we model is kept and reused for your next event.

What each buyer usually needs

Most venues and planners start with one of these and add the others later, because they share the same 3D model.

From photographs of past events to the client's own event

Most venues sell an event by showing photographs and videos of other people's events. The client has to imagine a different theme, a different guest count and a different layout. The more the client is spending, the more this matters.

A 3D model shows the client's own event: their theme, their guest count, their stage position, their flower and linen colours. The client can look from the entrance, from a table and from the stage. Changes are made in the meeting. When the client approves, the set-up is saved and sent to the vendors as images.

For planners who work in many venues

A planner's décor library is the valuable part. A stage, an arch, a table setting or a flower stand is modelled once and placed in any venue we build. Over time, setting up a new event is mostly a matter of building the new venue and placing items you already own.

For destination weddings, where the plan changes until the last meeting, an interactive model lets your team make the changes without waiting for a studio. The family can see the result on a browser link from any city.

For venues and hotels

A venue sells the same halls again and again, so the hall is modelled once and every theme you offer is built on top of it. A 360° tour on your website lets every enquiry see the hall in each theme before the site visit. An interactive model in the sales office lets the events team set up the client's event during the meeting.

The model can also show a renovation or a new hall before it is finished, so you can start taking bookings for it. Our page for hotels and restaurants covers rooms and public areas.

What decides the cost

The venue model is the largest one-time cost. After that, a 360° tour is quoted per viewpoint and per theme, an interactive model by the number of themes and inventory items, and renders per view. Items already modelled are not charged again, so the cost of each event falls as the library grows. The quote lists the deliverables, the revision rounds and the schedule.

Questions

How much does 3D visualisation for a banquet hall or wedding cost?

It depends on what is made. A 360° tour is quoted per viewpoint and theme, an interactive hall per project, and renders per view. The venue model is a one-time cost, and reused décor items are not charged again.

Do you work with venues outside Mumbai?

Yes. The studio is in Mumbai and works with clients across India and abroad. A hall is modelled from its floor plan and photographs, and reviews happen on video calls and shared links.

Can our team make changes after handover?

With an interactive model, yes. Your team moves furniture, switches themes and changes colours on screen. Renders and tours are revised by us.

Can we show a hall that is still being renovated?

Yes. The hall is modelled from the drawings, so it can be shown in each theme before the work is finished.

Do you design the décor or plan events?

No. You design the décor and plan the event. We build the venue and your décor in 3D and make it interactive.

Can the same model be used for Instagram and the website?

Yes. Stills and short films are exported from the same model, and a 360° tour embeds in your website.
