Who it is for

A second home is bought by someone who lives elsewhere, often before construction starts. We make the renders, the walkthrough film and the 360° tour that show them the villa, the garden and the view. Our villa projects so far are in Alibaug.

This page is for boutique developers who build a few villas at a time, or a small gated community, in the places such homes are built: Alibaug, Goa, Lonavala and other hill and coast towns within reach of a city. It follows a villa project from concept to the last sale and says what we make at each point.

What a villa project needs at each stage

A villa project is smaller than a tower and is sold one buyer at a time. The visuals are ordered in steps, and each step starts from the 3D model made for the one before.

The villa, the plot and the view

With a flat, the buyer is choosing a layout. With a villa, they are also choosing land: how the house is placed on the slope, what the verandah looks at, how far away the neighbour is. Send the survey or contour plan and photographs of the view from where the main rooms will be.

People search for villa 3D design and villa 3D elevation. An elevation is the front or outside view of a building. We render it from your architect's drawings and do not design the villa. A film, a tour, or both

3D walkthroughs for luxury villas come in two forms. A walkthrough film takes the viewer along a planned path: the gate, the drive, the garden, the living room opening to the pool. It is the piece to show at a launch.

A villa 3D tour is a 360° rendered tour. The buyer stands at fixed spots in the house and looks all around, clicking the floor to move on. Some buyers type bungalow 3D design view in 360 when they mean this. It suits a buyer in another city who wants to look around before making the trip.

What our Alibaug projects show

For Piramal NextGen at Talavde, a private villa community, we made interior and exterior renders: living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and landscape. For a gated villa community at Sogao, we made ideation visuals: AI-directed stills and motion of villas, rooftop gardens, pool decks and interiors.

Villa Mehr is a single home. We made six renders before construction, among them the pool exterior, an aerial view, the living room and the dining room. All three projects are in Alibaug. A villa project in Goa or Lonavala would be worked on the same way, from drawings, site photographs and video calls.

What we need, and what decides the cost

Send the site plan with levels, the architect's plans, elevations and sections, the landscape plan and the material palette. Site photographs and drone pictures, if you have them, let us place the real surroundings behind the villa.

Renders are quoted per view, a film by its length and a 360° tour per viewpoint. For villas, the landscape is a large part of the work, so a view with a detailed garden, a pool and mature trees costs more than a plain facade. A community with a few villa types is modelled type by type, and repeated villas add little to the cost.

Questions

How much does a 3D walkthrough for a luxury villa cost?

A film is quoted by its length and a 360° tour per viewpoint. The price depends on the size of the villa, how much landscape is shown and how detailed the interiors are. Send the drawings and the site plan for a quote.

Can you show the real view from the site?

Yes, if you send photographs or drone pictures taken from where the villa will stand. We place them behind the windows, the verandah and the pool deck, so the view in the image is the view from the plot.

Can you start when only the concept design exists?

Yes. Early ideation visuals can show the character of a community before the drawings are final. Once the design is frozen, the villa is modelled accurately for the renders that buyers will rely on.

Can a buyer change finishes or furniture in the walkthrough?

In an interactive walkthrough, yes. It is built in Unreal Engine and lets the buyer change flooring, furniture and lighting. A film and a 360° tour show one fixed design.

Have you worked on villas outside Alibaug?

Our villa projects so far are in Alibaug: Talavde, Sogao and Villa Mehr. A project elsewhere is handled from our Mumbai studio, using your drawings, site photographs and video calls.

Do you need to visit the site?

Usually not. A survey plan, site photographs and drone pictures give us what we need. If you are in Mumbai, you can meet us at the studio in Prabhadevi to go through the drawings.
