AI render enhancement a finished render re-lit, with the design unchanged

Start a project

You already have a render. We give it better light or a different time of day, using AI under direction. Every object, material and camera angle stays as it was.

Service

AI render enhancement means improving a render that already exists, without rendering it again. We re-light a finished image for day, golden hour and night. The furniture, the materials, the proportions and the camera angle do not change.

Architects, interior designers and developers send us renders that are correct and look flat: the light is even, the mood is missing, or only a daytime version exists. Most people who search for an AI interior render enhancer or an AI architecture render enhancer find self-serve tools. Those tools suit some jobs and are unsafe for others. This page explains which is which, and what a studio does that a tool does not.

What you get

  • 01

    Day, golden hour and night

One finished view delivered in three light settings. The sun moves, the lamps come on, the sky changes. The room itself is identical in all three.

  • 02

    Nothing in the design changes

We check each result against the original render. Furniture, fittings, materials, proportions and the camera position must match.

  • 03

    A day-to-night film

A short film in which the camera stays fixed and the light passes from day to golden hour to night.

  • 04

    Renders made elsewhere

The render does not have to be ours. Send the final image at full size. The 3D file helps and is optional.

  • 05

    Interiors and exteriors

Living rooms, bedrooms, lobbies, facades and elevations. A night view of an elevation is a common request.

  • 06

Directed, and checked by a person

The studio's line is "Not just generated. Directed." A person sets the light, compares the result with the original and rejects any image where something has moved.

Work like this

The Chambéry re-lit for day, golden hour and night, with two more projects that show light and AI direction.

What we did on The Chambéry

The Chambéry is a project in Abuja, Nigeria. Its interior renders were finished first. We then re-lit them with AI for day, golden hour and night. In each set, every object, every material and the camera angle are the same. Only the light is different.

We also made a day-to-night film from one fixed camera, in which the light changes while the room stays still. The stills and the film are on the project page.

When a self-serve AI tool is enough

There are many AI render enhancers online that take an image and return a new one in seconds. They are a fair choice when the picture does not have to match a design. A mood image for an early presentation, a quick idea of how a space might feel at dusk, and a reference to discuss with a client are all good uses.

They are a poor choice when the image must match what will be built or sold. These tools redraw the picture. In doing so they change furniture, move or remove fittings, alter proportions and invent details. The result can look better at first glance and be wrong on inspection. A buyer who is shown that image is being shown a different design.

What a studio does with the same render

We start from your finished render and keep it as the reference. The light is directed for the time of day you want: where the sun is, which lamps are on, how bright the sky is. Each result is compared with the original, part by part. If a chair leg, a tile joint or a window frame has changed, the image is corrected or made again.

Where a change cannot be made safely on the image, we say so. A new camera angle or a change to the design needs the 3D model and a fresh render. Our 3D interior rendering page covers that.

What we need from you

The final image is the only thing we must have. The rest of the list helps us place the light correctly.

  • The final render at full size, without text or logos on it
  • The time of day or the mood you want, with a reference if you have one
  • The lighting plan, so the correct lamps are on in a night view
  • The direction the windows face, if the position of the sun matters
  • The 3D file, if it is available

How AI render enhancement is priced

It is quoted per view, and each light setting of a view is counted. The work is done on the finished image, so there is no charge for modelling. A day-to-night film is quoted separately, by its length.

The price moves with the number of views, the number of light settings, the size of the final images and how much checking each image needs. A busy room with many objects takes longer to verify than a simple one. The quote lists all of this. For the wider question of tools and studios, read AI rendering vs 3D rendering.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Send the render

You send the final image and tell us the light settings you want.

  2. 02

    Light direction

We set the sun, the sky and the lamps for each time of day.

  3. 03

    Check against the original

Every result is compared with your render, and anything that changed is corrected.

  4. 04

    Review

You see the set and ask for adjustments to brightness, warmth or mood.

  5. 05

    Final images

The approved images, and the film if you ordered one, are delivered at the agreed size.

Questions

How much does AI render enhancement cost?

Per view, with each light setting counted. Nothing is modelled, so the charge follows the number of images, their size and how much checking each scene needs. Send the renders for a quote.

Can I use a free AI render enhancer instead?

Yes, for a mood image or an early idea. For an image that must match the design, check the result closely. Self-serve tools often change furniture, proportions and small details.

Will the AI change my design?

No. Every result is checked against your original render. An image in which an object, a material or the camera has changed is not delivered.

Can you improve a render made by another studio or a freelancer?

Yes. We need the final image at full size. If the render has modelling mistakes or a wrong layout, it needs a fresh render, and we tell you that before starting.

Can you change the camera angle or move furniture with AI?

No. A new camera angle or a design change needs the 3D model and a new render. Enhancement changes the light and the mood of a view that is already correct.

Do you need the 3D file?

No. The finished image is enough. The 3D file and the lighting plan help us place the correct lights for a night view.

Is AI rendering for architects a replacement for a 3D render?

No. You still need an accurate render first. AI re-lighting works on a finished render of a modelled design. It does not replace the modelling for anything that will be built.
