The unit: what per view means
A view is one still image, taken from one camera position inside a 3D model of your space. Buyers also call it a 3D view or a render. When a supplier states a 3D rendering cost per view, the charge normally covers building the space in 3D, applying materials, lighting it, rendering the image, and the revision rounds written in the quotation.
The first view of a room includes the cost of building that room. A second view of the same room needs only a new camera position, a check of what is now visible, and a render. This is why several views of one flat are priced lower per view than the same number of views spread across different flats. It is also why a quote should say how many spaces are being built, as well as how many views.
