AI ads brand films, creator-style videos and series

Start a project

Ad films made with AI image and video generation, directed shot by shot. Three kinds: brand films, creator-style videos and episodic series.

Overview

An AI ad is a film whose shots are generated with AI and then edited like any other commercial. There is no set, no crew and no cast. A script, a storyboard and shot-by-shot direction decide what appears on screen.

Brand teams look at AI ads for three reasons: a scene that would be costly to film, a need for many versions of one idea, or a story told in episodes. We make all three kinds. This page explains them, says where AI works well and where it does not, and points you to the page for each.

What it covers

  • 01

    AI brand films

A campaign film with a script, a look and a hero product, delivered in the formats each platform needs.

  • 02

    AI UGC videos

UGC means user-generated content. These are creator-style videos in which a person talks to camera about a product, made without a shoot.

  • 03

    AI storyline series

A story told in short episodes for Reels, with the same characters and setting carried through.

  • 04

    Direction in every shot

We set the framing, the light, the wardrobe and the product in each shot, and remake a shot until it fits the storyboard.

  • 05

    An accurate product

Where the pack must be exact, we model the product in 3D first and place it in the AI scenes.

  • 06

    Versions for testing

One idea can be made with different openings, settings, presenters or lengths, so a media team can test them against each other.

What an AI ad is, and what AI is good at

In an AI ad, each shot starts as a written description and a set of reference images. AI image and video tools generate the footage. We then select, correct and edit the shots into a finished film. People also call it an AI commercial, an AI ad film or an AI advertisement video.

AI is good at scenes that are hard to stage: weather, crowds, period rooms, distant locations. It is weaker at holding small details steady. A logo, a label or a face can drift between shots unless someone controls it. Controlling those details is most of the work in making AI generated ads that a brand can run.

Three kinds of AI video ads: which one fits

They differ in what they are for. An AI brand film carries a campaign idea. AI UGC videos are made in numbers for performance ads. An AI storyline series is a story released in episodes, sometimes called a micro drama or a branded series.

Keeping the product accurate

The most common worry is whether AI will get the pack, the logo and the colours right. Left alone, it often does not. Small text on a label is usually the first thing to go wrong.

Where the product must be exact, we model it in 3D first and place it in the AI scenes. Every shot is checked against the real pack before it goes into the edit. If the film is mostly product, CGI ads may suit it better, and our guide to AI and CGI compares the two.

What decides the cost

A brand film is quoted per film, or per second of finished film when there are several cuts. UGC-style videos are quoted per video, usually as a batch. A series is quoted per season, by the number of episodes.

Buyers often ask for a cost per minute, but length alone does not set the price. It moves with the number of shots, how many characters and locations must stay consistent, whether the product is modelled in 3D, and how many versions are needed. The AI ad cost guide explains what a quotation should list.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Brief

You send the product, the brand guidelines, the idea or the script, and where the ad will run.

  2. 02

    Script and storyboard

We write or adapt the script and draw the shots, so you approve the film on paper first.

  3. 03

    Look test

A few finished shots show the characters, the setting and the product before the rest is made.

  4. 04

    Shots and edit

The remaining shots are generated, checked and edited into a draft for your review.

  5. 05

    Final film

Corrections are made and the film is delivered in the formats agreed in the quote.

Questions

How much does an AI ad cost in India?

It depends on the kind. A brand film is quoted per film or per second of finished film, UGC videos per video in a batch, and a series per season. The cost moves with the number of shots, how many characters and settings must stay consistent, and the number of versions. A quote follows a brief.

Is an AI ad cheaper than a shoot?

Often, when the script needs locations, sets or weather that would be costly to film. For a simple scene with a real person and a real product, a shoot can cost the same or less. We tell you when that is the case.

Is AI UGC legal?

It is a question of consent, disclosure and platform rules. Realistic AI content should be labelled where the platform asks for it, and no real person's likeness is used without permission. Check the current rules for your market before the ads run.

What is the difference between an AI ad and a CGI ad?

In a CGI ad, the product and the set are modelled in 3D and rendered, so every detail is exact. In an AI ad, the shots are generated from descriptions and references, which suits people, places and mood. Some films use both.

What do you need from us to start?

The product or clear photographs of it, the brand guidelines, and the idea, the script or references. Tell us where the ad will run and in which sizes.

How long does an AI commercial take to make?

It depends on the length, the number of shots and how quickly the storyboard and the drafts are approved. The schedule comes with the quote.
