3D model library 38 Indian props and furniture models in five formats

Start a project

Thirty-eight Indian props and furniture models, with sim-racing cockpits as the hard-surface pieces, built to one standard. Turn any of them on the models page before you ask for a quote.

Overview

Our 3D model library holds 38 Indian props and furniture models, from a teak sofa to an auto rickshaw, each built in three detail tiers and delivered in five formats. Every one can be turned on screen before you decide.

The library exists because stock libraries are thin on Indian objects. A game set in Mumbai, an AR catalogue for an Indian furniture brand or a walkthrough of an Indian home needs a charpai, a pooja mandir, a matka and a chai tapri built properly, at the right size, with materials that read correctly. This page explains what is in the library, how each model is made and delivered, and how to use one. Turn any model on the 3D modelling section.

What it covers

  • 01

    Six groups of Indian objects

Interiors, decor and pooja, kitchen, lighting, street and vehicles, and weddings and events. 38 models in all, listed below.

  • 02

Three detail tiers from one source

High for renders with 2K textures, Mid for real-time with a lightmap UV set, Low for web and AR with 1K textures.

  • 03

    Game LODs included

Each model also carries LOD1 and LOD2, so an engine can swap to lighter copies as the object moves away from the camera.

  • 04

    Five formats

.blend, FBX, OBJ, GLB and USDZ, exported from the same source so that every version matches the others.

  • 05

Real scale, base pivot, quad topology

Built in millimetres to real-world dimensions, with the pivot at the base and clean quad topology throughout.

  • 06

    Checked before release

Every exported file is re-imported and inspected for n-gons, open edges, inverted faces, missing UVs and texture sizes.

What is in the library

The 38 models are grouped by where they are used. This is the shape of the library; the full list of objects, group by group, is on the Indian 3D models page. The library grows.

Three tiers, two LODs, five formats

All five formats are exported from the same file: .blend for anyone working in Blender, FBX for Unity and Unreal, OBJ as a plain exchange format, GLB for browsers and Android AR, and USDZ for iPhone AR. The guide to GLB, USDZ and FBX explains which to ask for.

Each model is built once at full detail and then reduced, so the three tiers share one shape, one UV layout and one set of materials. Pick the tier for the job, and the others are there if the job changes. The table below shows what each tier is for.

How the models are made and checked

The models are built in Blender with the studio's own procedural tooling, and a modeller checks each one by hand. Tooling is what keeps 38 objects to one standard: the same unit, the same pivot rule, the same material setup and the same texture naming. The hand check is what catches a proportion that is off, a seam in the wrong place or a material that reads as plastic when it should read as brass.

Before release, every exported file is re-imported and inspected. We look for n-gons, open edges, inverted faces, missing UVs and wrong texture sizes, and we open the GLB in a browser and the USDZ on a phone. A model that fails goes back.

Using a library model, and what it costs

Turn the model you need on the 3D modelling section and tell us which one, or which group. We send a quote per model or per set. The price depends on which tiers and texture sizes you need and how many LODs, so a Low tier for a web page is quoted differently from the full set. The quote lists the models, the tiers and formats included, and the terms of use.

If an object you need is not in the library, we build it to the same standard as custom game-ready work and quote it the same way. Objects we build for the library stay consistent with the ones already there, so a set bought later matches a set bought now.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Choose

Turn the models on the models page and list the ones you need, or name the group.

  2. 02

    Tell us the use

Game engine, website or AR decides which tiers and formats we include in the quote.

  3. 03

    Quote

We send a quote per model or per set, with the tiers, formats and terms of use listed.

  4. 04

    Delivery

You receive the files in the formats agreed, each re-imported and checked before it leaves the studio.

Questions

How much does a model from the library cost?

It is quoted per model or per set. The price depends on the tiers you need, the texture sizes and the number of LODs. Tell us the models and where they will be used, and we send a quote.

What file formats do the library models come in?

.blend, FBX, OBJ, GLB and USDZ, all exported from the same source file. FBX suits Unity and Unreal, GLB suits browsers and Android AR, and USDZ suits iPhone AR.

Are the models to real-world scale?

Yes. Every model is built in millimetres to the dimensions of the real object, with the pivot at the base, so it sits on the floor in a game scene and appears at true size in AR.

Can I see a model before I buy it?

Yes. Every model in the library is shown at full detail on our models page, and several can be placed in your room in AR from the same page.

Were these models made with AI?

No. They are built in Blender with our own procedural tooling and checked by hand. Each file is re-imported and inspected before release.

Can you change a library model for my project?

Yes. A different colour, a worn version, a change in size or a part removed are quoted as a variant, which costs less than a new model. Larger changes are quoted as custom work.

Do you have Indian street props like an auto rickshaw or a chai tapri?

Yes. The street and vehicles group has nine objects, among them an unbranded auto rickshaw, a chai tapri, a hand pump and a pani puri cart. The full list is on the Indian 3D models page.
