Wedding and event décor in 3D approved by the client before anything is built

Start a project

For wedding and event planners. The décor is shown in 3D in the actual venue, and changed until the client signs off, right up to the last meeting.

Service

We show your event décor in 3D, inside the real venue: the stage, the mandap, the entrance, the tables, the lighting and the flowers. The client approves the look before anything is ordered or built.

Planners usually sell décor with photographs of past events and a mood board. The client then has to imagine it in a different hall, with a different guest count. A 3D event design shows their own event in their own venue. For a destination wedding where the plan changes until the end, the planner can make the changes in the meeting, without sending them back to a studio.

What you get

  • 01

The décor in the real venue

The venue is modelled from its plan and photographs, so the stage and the tables sit at the right scale in the right room.

  • 02

    Every function of the wedding

Mehendi, sangeet, the ceremony and the reception can each have their own set-up in the same model.

  • 03

    Changes made in the meeting

Move the stage, swap the flowers, change the linen colour. Your team does it on screen while the client watches.

  • 04

    Stills and a short film

The approved look can be exported as still images and a walkthrough film to send to the family and the vendors.

  • 05

    A library you keep

Stages, mandaps, arches and table settings are modelled once and reused for your next wedding.

Two ways to show the décor

There are two ways to work. In the first, we make 3D renders and a short walkthrough film of each function, and revise them after each client meeting. In the second, we build an interactive model that your team controls, so changes happen during the meeting. The first suits a single wedding. The second suits a planner with many events, because the library of décor grows with each one.

What a 3D event design shows

Each function is set up as its own scene in the same venue model. A typical wedding set includes:

  • The entrance and the welcome area
  • The stage or mandap, with its backdrop and lighting
  • Table layouts for the guest count, with linen and centrepieces
  • The dance floor, bar and buffet positions
  • Ceiling drapes, chandeliers and hanging flowers
  • Day and evening lighting for outdoor functions

When it is the right choice

It is worth it when the client is spending a large amount on décor and wants to see it before agreeing, when the décor is designed for this event rather than taken from a catalogue, and when the family is in several cities and cannot all visit the venue.

It is less useful for a small event in a hall the client already knows, with standard décor. A few photographs of past set-ups may be enough there. For a hall with fixed set-ups that a venue sells over and over, a 360° banquet hall tour may be the simpler tool.

What we need from you

Everything can come in the form you already use with your clients. Sketches and WhatsApp photographs are fine.

  • The venue's floor plan and photographs, or the venue's name and our team will ask them
  • The guest count and the functions to be shown
  • Your décor designs: sketches, mood boards or references
  • Photographs or links for props, flowers and furniture you plan to use
  • Colour and material choices, or the options the client is choosing between

What decides the price

Renders and films are quoted per function: the number of views and the length of the film. An interactive model is quoted per project, by the size of the venue, the number of set-ups and the number of décor items. Items already in your library are not charged again. The quote lists the views, the revision rounds and the schedule.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Brief

You send the venue plan, the functions and your décor references.

  2. 02

    Venue and layout

We model the venue and place the tables, stage and main décor in a plain version for you to check.

  3. 03

    Décor, light and colour

Flowers, linen, drapes and lighting are added, with the options the client is choosing between.

  4. 04

    Client meetings

You show it to the client. Changes are made in the meeting or sent to us for revision.

  5. 05

    Final views

The approved look is exported as stills and a film for the family and the vendors.

Questions

How much does 3D wedding décor visualisation cost?

Renders and films are quoted per function, by the number of views and the length of film. An interactive model is quoted per project, by the venue size and the number of décor items. Reused items are not charged again.

Can you show the décor in the actual venue?

Yes. We model the venue from its floor plan and photographs, so the décor is shown at the right scale in the real hall or lawn.

Can the planner change the décor without coming back to you?

With an interactive model, yes. Your team moves items, swaps flowers and changes colours on screen during the client meeting.

Can you show a mandap or a stage that we have designed?

Yes. Send your sketch or references and the measurements, and we model it. It then stays in your library for later weddings.

Can the family see it on their phones?

Yes. The approved look can be sent as still images and a walkthrough film, and an interactive model can be streamed to a browser link.

Do you design the décor?

No. The planner designs the décor. We build it in 3D from your designs and references and show it in the venue.
